Why do we collect personal information?

EsellersRI collects personal information when you register for one of our programs; create an account; enter a promotion or offer; enter your information for an email response or contact form; desire to be added to our mailing list for other products or services; fill out our online surveys, provide feedback; when you correspond or otherwise interact with us.
Information we collect may include: your name, phone number, ip addresses, user locations, e-mail address, mailing address, product preference information, demographic information provided by you (such as language, gender and age, billing information, and, if applicable, content preferences and personal information) and personal interest information.

How can a user change and/or delete personal information?
You may access, correct, update, and/or delete any personally identifiable information that you submit to the web site and programs. You may also unsubscribe from mailing lists or any registrations by following instructions on the page of the site on which you have provided such information, by clicking the “unsubscribe” button on any email communication from us or emailing us at email@example.com
We may post testimonials on our Websites or social media that may contain personal information. If you wish to update or delete your testimonial, you can contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
Our sites and programs may provide public discussions on various business valuation topics. Note that any information you post in these discussions will become public, do not post sensitive information in the public discussions. We are not responsible for any action or policies of any third parties who collect information that users disclose in any such forums on the sites, programs, or services. Whenever you publicly disclose information online, that information could be collected and used by others. EsellersRI does not agree or disagree with anything posted on our discussion boards, or sites. You must comply with our policies in the terms of service regarding posting on our public forums.
We will not sell, rent, swap, or authorize any third party to use your information without your permission. In the future, we may sell, buy, merge or partner with other companies or businesses. In such transitions, we may include your information among the transferred assets.
Do Not Track
EsellersRI does not track its customers over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track signals. However, some third-party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when you visit their sites and they serve you information. If you are visiting such sites, Safari allows you to set the DNT signal on your browser so that third party sites know you do not want to be tracked.
Privacy Rights of California Residents
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 permits our visitors who are California residents to request certain information regarding our disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct- marketing purposes. We respect childrens privacy in particular. EsellersRI will not knowingly or intentionally collect any personal information from children under the age of 13. (such as email address or name). The Federal Trade Commission, United States’ consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children’s privacy and safety online.
